I am such a total and complete basket case about this election and will not be able to relax unless Obama wins. I don't know any Democrats who aren't nervous wrecks no matter what any poll says or pundit predicts. Yes, we were spooked by the last two elections. This is the most organized and best funded Democratic campaign I've ever seen even though they have driven me crazy writing, calling, and emailing asking for money. I've contributed quite a bit for me. I credit Howard Dean with doing such a good job leading the DNC, and Obama with running a well-oiled machine. Impressive!

My retirement group just found out somewhere that I am Democratic. They have all sent me personal emails pressuring me with propaganda and fact sheets.I see them all as irrational bigots...dynamics are changing in Bog Hoot.

I actually got that vile email about the anti-Christ from a really, really far flung family member. Shocked the socks off me that our DNA had taken such an odd turn.
I'm rather surprised that I got five right. I hadn't been paying enough attention to get most of them (I tune out politicians as a natural reflex) but I tried to guess based on what I thought people would say and wasn't too far off the mark.
While Josh was here I got 5 phone calls from politicians for surveys etc. got one recording from Clinton saying "This is President Clinton.." promoting a local senate candidate and was just dead in the water with lack of enthusiasm.
These people are more clever than any campaign I ever witnessed byt they are really invading our privacy now and that annoys me. got a Republican survey request just as Obama went on the air the other night...that wasn't a clever ploy?
I got 5/9 but guessed at a few. I too am nervous and won't rest easy until Obama wins (or I am real estate shopping in Canada).

I got 6. I saw the Dole ad, it was so vile.
