Coyotes are extremely loyal to their mates. If one is caught in a trap, the other will bring small game for it to eat; it will soak itself in a river to allow its thirsty mate to chew on its damp fur for water. It has been documented that the free coyote will stay with its captive partner until death.
We used to have a big open field behind us and we'd see the coyotes trotting by from time to time. And the quail and jack rabbits which were their lunch.
I wake to sleep, and take my waking slow. I feel my fate in what I cannot fear. I learn by going where I cannot go.
We think by feeling. What is there to know? I hear my being dance from ear to ear. I wake to sleep, and take my waking slow.
Of those so close beside me, which are you? God bless the Ground! I shall walk softly there, And learn by going where I have to go.
Light takes the Tree, but who can tell us how? The lowly worm climbs up a winding stair; I wake to sleep, and take my waking slow.
Great Nature has another thing to do To you and me; so take the lively air, And, lovely, learn by going where to go.
This shaking keeps me steady. I should know. What falls away is always. And is near. I wake to sleep, and take my waking slow. I learn by going where I have to go.

Oh that is sad! But how loyal.
And people say they're just animals.
That kind of love and loyalty doesn't always exist in the "human" world.
aaaaaaaaw how sweet
There is much to learn from the animal kingdom, isn't there?
Awww. I've seen a coyote here, and hear them howl every once in a while. Very cool.
Dang how sweet, how about the gay coyotes? do they hang around and decorate?
there is no such thing as 'just' an animal
