I'm So Proud

I hesitate to post this, but this happened in a town in the county where I live. Check out this article HERE and see what I mean. He thought it was a mythical creature, so of course he shot it. Which circle of hell am I in?

Fortunately I have a support group with a 12-Step Program to help us avoid living here in our minds.

::sigh:: I don't know what to say, Joy, other than...they walk among us.

And I'm not talking about the alleged Chupacabra. :/

Auntie Flame -

I know you might find this hard to believe, but I have "been acquainted" with quite a few Puerto Rican gentleman who'll tell you that the Chupacabra is absolutely real. :)

Of course many of these guys also refer to their girlfriends as "Chupacabra" (to ME, anyway), so you never know...

XOXOXOXO

I sometimes just wanna scream when I realize their vote counts the same as my own.

Thank you. (sigh)

If it was a fox with mange and kept coming around to populated areas like that, it's very possible that it was rabid, and he was right to shoot it. Keeping it in the freezer is a different matter...

I am from Puerto Rico and that does not look like any chupacabra. Not that I have seen one. But real chupacabras are supposed to have horns and fangs. That looks to me like a hybrid moose of some sort with an allergic skin reaction to his neighbors.

True, Debi, but he didn't know that until after he shot it.

This comment on Facebook where a former student Amy gave me the link is from another former student:

"Quick comment on Amy and Joy's discussion - yes, the mythical chupacabra (I believe on the news he said something like chalupa cadabra) is snuffed out, Yeti, Bigfoot avoid Dickson!"

#D - I answered your question about the conservative woman on the View post. Maybe you know her name.
