Undercover Boss

I've been watching Undercover Boss and like it. They learn so much about their companies and employees. I usually cry at the end of it when the boss makes changes and does something nice for some employees. What I'm wondering though is if they'll be able to pull off more than one season. The ruse they're using for a camera crew to follow the boss won't exactly work now that it's been used. I hope they can continue it because it not only helps the CEO/President of these companies but gives us an insight into the business. Do any of you watch it? You might be surprised how good it is.

So far they've gone to a waste management business, Hooters, 7-Eleven, and White Castle. If you have On Demand with Comcast, they're all on there or HERE.

I watched the latest one on On Demand because I watched the Olympics, too. Yeah, people will catch on, and their cover will be blown.

I saw one by accident, and enjoyed it.I was pleased what he did for his employees..the scholarship for the boy, etc. but I was equally pleased when he went after the small time thinking management and put them under new rules of responsibility- one of them being accused of always being on break and always passing the buck for the work. She in fact was the one who gave him the initial tour- hard baked cigarette voiced trailer type goldbricking manager.
didn't pay enough attention to check when it would be on again.

Yah...it was the White Castle one. I cried for the boy he gave the scholarship to and smiled at how the boy was tempted to as well, but tried to take it in stride.
