The same thing happened to me when I opened a business at 14.
The curbside mani/pedi business ain't what it used to be.

In my past with IBM, we were told that these pesky PCs could become a problem. IBM needed an Operating System for these 'things', and one Bill Gates and his upstarts had one (plagiarized from Apple, but that's another story). They were invited to IBM HQ in NY State. Gates responded that if they wanted to talk to him, they should come to him. That rankled a few feathers..... The rest is history, as they say.
I still wonder if Gates showers regularly... he had the reputation of being 'smelly' at all times.
