When You're Strange

The most visited cemetery in the world is the Cimetibre du Pere Lachaise in Paris. Established in 1805, the lush grounds contain the tombs of more than 1 million people. The most visited tomb, however, is that of the Doors’ lead singer, Jim Morrison, who died of a drug overdose in France in 1971.

"Death makes angels of us all and gives us wings where we had shoulders smooth as ravens claws."

Oh Auntie Flame, I'm so glad you surivied all the jury duty and floods down there!!! This may sound wierd but I love a good cemetery! I love to take picture of the architecture and the gardens and some of the very ornate headstones. Forgive me for not dropping by recently, I 'm very behind in blog reading.

I avoid these places like the plague - they scare me and i don't want to see them...

I had a courtesy aunt who used to travel the country finding moldy relatives, take pictures of their graves and paste them in scrapbooks to bring out to show the rest of us.
