My aunt used to say that energy begets energy. So true. Mine has about gone along with any stamina I used to have. It takes me so much longer to do anything physical than it used to, and I have to rest much more often. OK, back to what you were doing. I just needed to complain a bit!

lol!
I'm cleaning and organizing Gorilla Boy's room. A marathon of Horders on and I get antsy so I organize the kids...
i feel the same way.
BTW - I had to turn off the Hoarders marathon because it was hitting a little too close to home while I'm wading through all this junk.
And NO - I'm still not moved yet :(
XOXOXOXOXOXO
I am so struggling with the old age infirmities and energy- especially because I have a variety of friend,,,,some as healthy anad active as they were 20 years ago, and some nearly helpless. I used to plan the day for yard work or some project, and now like you , a trip to the grocert store can reduce me to panting and gasping for air and use of my muscles before I put the groceries away. I now I can do a few minutes of work outside, take a good long oxygen break and go out for 15 minutes more.p I read so many inspirational stories of people who overcome illness and fight on through, but I'm not one of those heroes. I hurt! AND IM WHINING ABOUT IT
I just turned 50 and trust me I keep bumping into things and find myself with more and more time in the couch.
So this tired thing continues as we get older?
'Fraid so, Sam. Enjoy it while you have it!
