Soup Trivia
In
the court of French King Louis XI, the fine ladies lived mainly on soup
because they believed that excessive chewing would cause them to
develop premature facial wrinkles.

yep and the arsenic face powder they used awas definitely good to combat old age (as it would eventually kill you right?)
