Merry Christmas 2010

Can you believe it's already 2010 and almost 2011? Seems not that long ago some people were worrying about Y2K. And now we're a decade into the new century. Are you prepared for Christmas? I almost am but haven't finished wrapping. I plan to finish that tonight. We'll go to Mother's Christmas Eve and Brian's family and I will spend the night. It's supposed to snow again Friday and Saturday, so I wonder if we'll have trouble getting home. I'm planning to go to Kathy's the day after Christmas as I usually do. Hope the snow doesn't delay that trip.

Merry Christmas to all of you!

Yes, time does fly, doesn't it? Speaking of Y2K, I was looking at some old Mary Engelbreit Christmas magazines (as I enjoy doing every year) and looked at the date of the issue I had in my hand -- the year 2000! Seems like it was yesterday; it was interesting to read the opinions about the millineum and what it would mean. BTW, I was looking forward to your post about "living like a teenage boy" during the retirement. Reminded me of myself. When I clicked, it found that it was no longer there. Hope you decide to repost it later. Merry Christmas! Annie

Auntie Flame!
The years are FLYING by and we still have not made our trip to NOLA!!! Maybe 2011 will be the year! Merry Christmas to you and your family, and please be careful driving in all that snow!

I didn't intend to post that one yet and will after the holidays. It's the prelude to others, I hope!

This is going to be the year for several good things, Miss G! NOLA with you & Las Vegas etc with Tug!

Yes. Where did the time go? Gee.
I have went shopping but havent bought nothing. Does that count? Anyway I'm trying to enjoy my hometime. But I'm missing one thing. Anyways, we do have so much to do in 2011 don't we.
Nola, Las Vegas, NYC. Maybe we can even squeeze a trip up to Froggy's part of the world.
I have so many things to be thankful for, meeting you was just icing on the cake.
Merry Christmas Joy.

Carlos and I are having a quiet Christmas, just the two of us; something we planned before I got sick.
And I'm looking forward to it.
So forward.
Merry Christmas, and safe travels, Joy!
