Happy Mother's Day to all of you who are mothers. I had a great time with my mother, son, grandson, and daughter-in-law today. Kathy called and we had such a good conversation, which isn't unusual at all. More later - just wanted to let you know things are going well! Except that I can't believe I didn't take any pictures!

Glad you had a great day! So did I! My son and I went to our favorite zoo and took lots of pictures and then had lunch at one of our favorite restaurants! Life is good!
ReplyDeleteCalled my mom (had already sent her a pkg earlier in the week), then one of the ladies from church called and asked if I'd like to pretend that I was her daughter and she was my mom for a bit (her children are all far-flung), so we had lunch together...

ReplyDeleteLots of mothers in your family..a good thing, huh? I ran out of mothers a year ago. I swear I saw my stepmother in the mist rising from the creek yesterday. she does have her expectations.
