Oh, the shame!

I'm intimidated by my external hard drive and can't bring myself to use it. One of my former geek students made it for me from the hard drive on my old desktop. I just stare at it now and then and become paralyzed. He trained me to connect and disconnect it, so I have done it a couple of times, but that's as far as I could go.

    My sister just told me I need to get one of these for my music files. They're scary looking. I concur.

    Don't feel bad - I have absolutely NO idea what an external hard drive is or does.

    I have one, too, but I've used it so infrequently that I have forgotten the password and it is no longer functional. But it makes a great nightlight in the office so I keep it plugged in!
