Labor's place in all this is very moot.Maybe they got more fair practices for the working man and maybe they are one of the reasons corporations starting outsourcing. I've heard a lot about the pressure on a man who works really hard on a job and making it tough on those who don't want to work up to par.But the fact remains that management made a fortune and remained inflexible to the demands of the times.

ReplyDeleteI know! The labor unions were a good idea when they began and were necessary. I have mixed feelings about them now. It depends on the company.
