In honor of my gay cyber nephews David and Dan, my gay friends & relatives, and the civil rights principles involved, there will be no blogging today. Oops, about the Einstein quote. It was a copy and paste and maybe won't count.
Joy especially...but everyone too- looking for a recipe for fish chowdah...I fell on a marvelous site...http://mainelife.typepad.com/mainelife/ The guy visits places all over Maine, and gives all kinds of traditional recipes he collects from locals. He'll tell ya outright...things like...I added more pepper, or more basil...or whatever adustment he made to the recipe and also tell you if someone else likes it another way.
I checked out the site - beautiful photos there! I don't care much for fish chowder but found some other recipes that are tempting. I did have some that was pretty good one time, so I would eat it but not cook it. Thanks for the link.
Thank you Auntie Flame!
