House Blend Farmer's Market Dinner

Hollemy (celebrity name I have for Holly and Jeremy Spencer, owners of House Blend) posted the menu for their first dinner of the season on Facebook. I'm trying to decide what I'll order and just hope I'm able to go. I have Brendan this weekend, so it will depend on several things. My mother seemed surprised and said that I must really want to go to this since I'm working so hard to make it. I do! I look forward to this and just love these meals Holly prepares! Here's the menu. What would you have?

Starters:
Chilled Summer Borscht
Seared Filet of Beef topped with bleu cheese cole slaw

Salads:
Butter lettuce with Green Goddess dressing
Red Oak leaf lettuce with Strawberry-balsamic vinaigrette and candied pecans

Entrees:
Roasted chicken breast topped with a salad of fennel, prosciutto, and pastachio pesto; with a side of herb-roasted potatoes

Fresh Salmon with dill and garlic scapes baked in fillo; served with zucchini pancakes

Roasted Pork Loin in a Cherry-red wine reduction; served with a Swiss Chard spanikopita

Dessert:
Rosemary scented Strawberry Shortcake with fresh whipped cream
Chocolate Ganache covered Cheesecake

    I'm leaning toward having the beef starter, same salad with pecans all of you want, either the salmon or the pork loin, and cheesecake but it's so hard to resist strawberries so maybe that.

    And I'll need large portions because I'm "well-fed" :)
